Regulatory Research

I've been doing regulatory research for ERPS for a couple years now, and when I left ERPS in December 1999, I kept doing the research. No matter what else I do to enable the space frontier, I can help find out what's legal, and what isn't. Knowing the applicable laws and regulations can only help us in Washington and on Wall Street.

What I'm doing is putting together a database of all the regulatory hurdles to amateur rocketry in California. My target audience is ERPS and JP Aerospace, but I plan to make the information available to whoever wants it, at least initially. This should be about as much effort as writing a book.
